Erasmus+ KA131 Student Mobility for Studies

Requirements before you get your Transcript of Records

  •  Before your ToR can be created, you need to make sure your student data is in order.
    • In My study/ECTS arrivals/ (the current mobility, in case you see more than one) à Personal data, no required field (marked by red asterisks) can be empty.
    • Your LA (and CHLA, if applicable) needs to be fully approved and non-EWP students need to upload it as a pdf in Attachments related to this arrival.
  • All your grades need to be in the system (if you are missing some grades, contact the teachers of the respective courses).
  • You need to let your Faculty Coordinator know that you have met all requirements and consider your study obligations fulfilled. You can find your Faculty Coordinator in Incoming study visit under Departmental coordinator – administrator.

Transcript of Records

  • Your ToR will be uploaded to STAG.
  • When your ToR is ready, your student account will be closed and your login information will no longer work. For this reason, you will need to log in through Applicant by using the email address associated with your mobility (the one you used for your DLA and/or application in Mobility).
  • Go to ECTS arrivals/(the current mobility, in case you see more than one)/Incoming study visit/Attachments related to this arrival.
  • There, you will find a pdf file named ToR_Dxxxxx.pdf (Dxxxxx is your student number).
  • ToRs are digital only, we do not send them by post!

Other documents

  • If your home institution requires you to have Confirmation of Study Period signed by UP, contact Ms. Zuzana Hamdanieh from Office for Mobility RUP. Neither your Departmental Coordinator nor your Faculty Coordinator can sign it for you. Please note that the mobility end date written on the CoSP will be based on the date of your last exam – for this reason, we advise you to plan accordingly.
